Terms & Conditions

All products are guaranteed for 2 years from date of purchase against failure.  The products are not guaranteed against damage or misuse by the user.  Guarantee is limited to the product cost.  Returns are accepted for both defective items and non-defective items but the terms are different.  Defective items can be returned to be replaced by a functional item.  Non-defective items may be returned and a refund will be issued minus the shipping on the order and the credit card service fee.
